Breaking: Pentagon Review Says America’s Nukes Are FUBAR

Is this the cover story for getting rid of nukes that the galactics have disabled?

The guys babysitting our missiles in Montana couldn’t agree more.

—By

Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel is ordering a massive overhaul of America’s nuclear weapons program after finding it to be plagued with “fundamental flaws,” the AP reported this evening. Pentagon-commissioned reviews of the nuclear forces have found outdated equipment, weak leadership, and abysmal morale among the men and women responsible for maintaining and launching some of the most destructive weapons on the planet. Many of the problems were already well known, but the language the Pentagon is using to describe them is uncharacteristically strong. “Hagel’s reviews concluded that the structure of US nuclear weapons forces is so incoherent that it cannot be properly managed,” noted the AP, which got a briefing on the highlights from two senior defense officials.

“Nothing the Air Force is doing is going to reduce the risk. It’s not missileers who are at fault, it’s the mission.”

The latest review, which was expected to be released this week, was conducted by Retired General James Welch, a former top nuclear commander whom the Pentagon has tapped repeatedly to assess problems with its nuclear oversight. In 2007, Welch led the initial outside review of what remains the worst nuclear weapons scandal in recent years: Six nuclear missiles went missing for 36 hours after a crew at Minot Air Force Base mistakenly loaded them onto a plane and flew them across the country. (See our timeline: “That Time We Almost Nuked North Carolina.”) Welch later directed two follow-up assessments in April 2011 and April 2013, the last of which noted improvements and concluded that “the nuclear force is professional, disciplined, committed and attentive to the special demands of the mission.”

But that conclusion was quickly called into question by a string of new scandals, as detailed in “Death Wears Bunny Slippers,” my recent feature story about the ICBM program. In the months following Welch’s review, 98 missileers were implicated in a cheating scandal and nine midlevel commanders were fired; a leaked email from the commander of the nuclear missile wing at North Dakota’s Minot Air Force base complained of “rot” in the missile force; and Gen. Michael Carey was removed as commander of the ICBM program after an official trip to Russia, where he engaged in “inappropriate behavior,” including heavy drinking, rudeness to his hosts, and associating with “suspect” women. Just last week, the Air Force fired two high-level commanders in the ICBM program and disciplined a third for various leadership lapses, including the maltreatment of subordinates.

Welch has since distanced himself from last year’s rosy assessment. His spokesman told the AP that the 2013 report was addressing organizational aspects of the nuclear mission and not primarily personnel and attitude issues.

The Air Force has long struggled to create a balance between strong oversight of missileers and the need to create a rewarding work environment that attracts talented recruits. Following the 2007 missing-nukes scandal, the Air Force instituted a regimen of strict tests and inspections that “was as much punishment as it was rigor,” Lt. General Stanley Kowalski, now the Deputy Commander of US Strategic Command, said at the time. In a follow-up report three years later, Welch suggested that the strategy had backfired by sowing mistrust and creating a sense of “nuclear paranoia”—talented airmen were avoiding nuclear weapons jobs.

According to the AP, Hagel will seek to invest an additional $1 to $10 billion in the nuclear program and promote its top commanders to give the nuclear wing more clout within the Air Force bureaucracy.

During my reporting for “Death Wears Bunny Slippers,” I interviewed a slew of nuclear policy experts and traveled to Great Falls, Montana—home to Malmstrom Air Force Base—where I spent time with current and former missileers. They told me of the mind-numbing boredom of babysitting ICBMs for 24 hours straight, of cheating on proficiency tests, of how one colonel made them shit in a box because he didn’t want to take the missiles offline to fix the toilets. They were basically dying to get the hell out.

The consensus among the experts was that no amount of funding or attention will be enough to fix the ICBM program’s biggest problem: obsolescence. “I am deeply disappointed with the happy talk coming out of the Air Force and Department of Defense on this,” Joseph Cirincione, president of the Ploughshares Fund, a foundation focused on nuclear weapons policy, told me. (Disclosure: Ploughshares has provided some funding for Mother Jones’ national security reporting.) “These missileers are in dead-end jobs and they know it. They pull 24-hour shifts underground waiting to push a button that they know they are never going to push, and if they did, they would be condemning hundreds of thousands of civilians to death. What kind of job is that? New helicopters and new managers are not going to fix this problem. Nothing the Air Force is doing is going to reduce the risk. It’s not missileers who are at fault, it’s the mission.”

Victims Crippled and Killed by the Flu Shot Compensated by U.S. Government

Is this validation that the US government knows that vaccines are dangerous?

Health Impact News Editor

The June 2014 report from the Department of Justice on damages paid by the U.S. Government to vaccine victims was recently published on the U.S. Department of Health and Human Resources website. There were 120 cases of vaccine injuries decided. 78 cases received compensation, while 42 cases were denied.

Most of the U.S. public is unaware that a U.S. citizen, by law, cannot sue a pharmaceutical company for damages resulting from vaccines. Congress gave them total legal immunity in 1986, and that law was upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court in 2011. There is a special “vaccine court” called the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program that is funded through a tax on vaccines. If you are injured or killed by a vaccine, you must hire an attorney and fight tax-funded government attorneys to seek damages, as you cannot sue the drug manufacturers. As you can see from the report below, it takes years to reach a settlement, with the longest case below being settled after 11 years. Therefore, this report probably only represents a tiny fraction of the actual number of people harmed or killed by vaccines, since it is so difficult to fight the government in court to win a settlement.

As in previous reports, the June 15, 2014, report covering a 3-month period shows that the flu vaccine is the most dangerous vaccine in America. 78 cases were awarded settlements for vaccine injuries, with 55 of the settlements being for the flu shot, including one death. Most of the settlements for injuries due to the flu shot were for Guillain-Barré Syndrome. Other flu vaccine injuries included: Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy, Rheumatoid arthritis, Shingles, Brachial plexus neuropathy, Bell’s Palsy, Brachial neuritis, Transverse myelitis, Lichenoid drug eruption, and Narcolepsy.

Hundreds of People are Afflicted with Guillain-Barré Syndrome Every Year from the Flu Shot

As can be seen in this report and other reports from government payments for vaccine injuries, Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS) is the most common side effect and injury due to the flu vaccination.

What is Guillain-Barré Syndrome? Here is the definition the CDC gives:

Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) is a rare disorder in which a person’s own immune system damages their nerve cells, causing muscle weakness and sometimes paralysis. GBS can cause symptoms that last for a few weeks. Most people recover fully from GBS, but some people have permanent nerve damage. In very rare cases, people have died of GBS, usually from difficulty breathing.

Compare this to the CDC definition for Polio:

Polio is an infectious disease caused by a virus that lives in the throat and intestinal tract. Up to about 72% of susceptible persons infected with polio have no symptoms. However, infected persons without symptoms can still spread the virus and cause others to develop polio. About 24% of infected susceptible persons have minor symptoms such as fever, sore throat, upset stomach, or flu-like symptoms and have no paralysis or other serious symptoms. About 1-5% develop aseptic meningitis with stiffness of the back, back, or legs, and in some persons increased or abnormal sensations a few days after the minor illness resolves. These symptoms typically last from two to ten days, followed by complete recovery. Less than 1% of polio cases result in paralysis of the limbs (usually the legs). Of those cases resulting in paralysis, 5-10% of the patients die when the respiratory muscles are paralyzed.

Here is one story of a man who nearly died from GBS resulting from a flu shot, and here is a recent story of a nurse that was awarded $11.6 million after being paralyzed by the flu shot.

The fact that GBS is one of the side effects of the annual flu vaccine is well known and documented. The package insert of the flu vaccine even lists a warning regarding GBS:

“If Guillain-Barré syndrome (GBS) has occurred within 6 weeks of previous influenza vaccination, the decision to give Fluzone should be based on careful consideration of the potential benefits and risks.”

Did you know that? Are you screened and asked questions prior to receiving a flu vaccine to see if you have any risks based on pre-existing conditions?

How many people are injured with GBS due to a flu shot?  According to the CDC, “no more than 1 or 2 cases per million people vaccinated.”

Is this rate accurate? We don’t know. How many people might be afflicted with GBS and not make the connection to the flu vaccine? The CDC states that “an estimated 3,000 to 6,000 people develop GBS each year,” and “about two-thirds of people who develop GBS symptoms do so several days or weeks after they have been sick with diarrhea or a respiratory illness.”

Let’s assume the government’s estimate of GBS injuries due to flu vaccines is accurate (1 or 2 cases per million people vaccinated). How many people does that translate to who are becoming injured (or killed) by GBS as a result of the flu vaccine?

According to the latest statistics (September 2014) listed by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Serviceshere, there were about 944 million doses of the flu vaccine distributed between 2006 and 2013.

So by the government’s own statistics, the flu vaccine is causing about 269 people per year to become injured (including some deaths) with GBS. This is out of 3,000 to 6,000 cases of GBS in the U.S. per year. Could vaccines actually be responsible for a lot more?

The Flu Vaccine Contains Mercury, a Well-known Neurotoxin

While mercury in the form of thimerosol has been removed from most childhood vaccines, it remains in the flu vaccine, which is recommended for young children, pregnant women, the elderly, and just about the entire population. Mercury is a well-known neuro-toxin, but it is such an effective preservative, that it is used in bulk, multi-dose containers of vaccines. In fact, U.S. law requires it.

The majority of the flu vaccines in the U.S. come from these multi-dose containers, which contain mercury as a preservative. You can choose a “non-mercury flu shot,” meaning a flu shot from single-dose vials or pre-filled syringes where the preservative is not needed, but that is no guarantee that mercury is not present. Minutes from a government meeting on vaccines reveals that even in these single dose flu vaccines sometimes “thimerosol is present in trace amounts as a result of the manufacturing process.” (Source – page 7.)

This should surprise no one, since the government’s position on this matter is that mercury in vaccines is safe. Implementing safeguards to ensure mercury is kept out of vaccines for those who don’t want it would be too burdensome to the drug manufacturers who need to manufacture them in large batches to keep costs down.

You should also be aware that senior CDC scientist Dr. William Thompson has recently come forward as a whistleblower to reveal that the CDC has withheld data from vaccine safety studies that did not support the official CDC position on vaccine safety. In a recorded phone conversation with Dr. Brian Hooker, Thompson stated that injecting mercury into pregnant women creates a “clear and present danger” to the unborn child. The CDC whistleblower stated that mercury in vaccines causes “tics” in children, and that these tics are 4 times more prevalent in kids with autism. (Story here.)

The Flu Vaccine is Big Business

There is a reason why the flu vaccine is the most dangerous vaccine in the U.S. causing the most injuries. It is an annual repeat vaccine that the government wants ALL citizens to take every year, including infants, pregnant women, and seniors. From the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services report here, no other vaccine comes close to the flu vaccine in distribution. Yearly sales in flu vaccines exceed 134 million doses, while all other vaccinescombined total just less than 200 million doses.

According to sales statistics from 2013, the revenue of annual flu vaccines is increasing. For example, Walgreens’ 2013 sales report shows flu shots increased from 6.9 million doses in 2012 to 7.5 million this flu past season.

Does the Flu Vaccine Prevent Serious Illness?

This is the big question that needs to be answered to justify mass vaccinations and documented lives destroyed by the flu vaccine. Those marketing and pushing for the vaccine want you to believe that the minority need to be sacrificed for the greater good of the majority, and that the flu vaccine is effective.

But where is the proof the flu vaccine is effective? Is this a scientific fact, or simply a belief to support a billion dollar vaccine industry that cannot be sued for damages?

The media and most medical professionals often state that the flu causes anywhere from “3,000 to 49,000 deaths each year.” The CDC’s website, however, states that this is just an estimate, and that they actually do not even know what this number is.

CDC-Flu-DeathsActual text from the CDC website regarding flu deaths (as of 7/18/2014).

Lawrence Solomon, the research director of Consumer Policy Institute in Canada, wrote an article earlier this year in the Huffington Post questioning the accuracy of the CDC’s estimates:

The numbers differ wildly from the sober tallies recorded on death certificates — by law every certificate must show a cause — and reported by the official agencies that collect and keep vital statistics.

According to the National Vital Statistics System in the U.S., for example, annual flu deaths in 2010 amounted to just 500 per year — fewer than deaths from ulcers (2,977), hernias (1,832) and pregnancy and childbirth (825), and a far cry from the big killers such as heart disease (597,689) and cancers (574,743).

Even that 500 figure for the U.S. could be too high, according to analyses in authoritative journals such as the American Journal of Public Health and the British Medical Journal. Only about 15-20 percent of people who come down with flu-like symptoms have the influenza virus — the other 80-85 per cent actually caught rhinovirus or other germs that are indistinguishable from the true flu without laboratory tests, which are rarely done. In 2001, a year in which death certificates listed 257 Americans as having died of flu, only 18 were positively identified as true flus. The other 239 were simply assumed to be flus and most likely had few true flus among them.

The CDC’s decision to play up flu deaths dates back a decade, when it realized the public wasn’t following its advice on the flu vaccine. During the 2003 flu season “the manufacturers were telling us that they weren’t receiving a lot of orders for vaccine,”Dr. Glen Nowak, associate director for communications at CDC’s National Immunization Program, told National Public Radio. “It really did look like we needed to do something to encourage people to get a flu shot.”

The CDC’s response was its “Seven-Step ‘Recipe‘ for Generating Interest in, and Demand for, Flu (or any other) Vaccination,” a slide show Nowak presented at the 2004 National Influenza Vaccine Summit.

The CDC unabashedly decided to create a mass market for the flu vaccine by enlisting the media into panicking the public. An obedient and unquestioning media obliged by hyping the numbers, and 10 years later it is obliging still. (Source.)

People Who Get the Flu Shot Still Get the Flu

Even more troubling is the fact that people who get the flu shot can still get the flu. This was tragically reported earlier this year when a 5-year old boy in Oregon died from the H1N1 virus, even though he was fully vaccinated for the flu which includes H1N1. (See: Is Flu Vaccine Causing Increase in H1N1 Outbreaks? 5 Year Old Boy Dies from H1N1 Virus, Even Though He Was Vaccinated Month Before)

The effectiveness of the annual flu vaccine is not an exact science, as the CDC even admits. Each year the pharmaceutical companies have to predict which strains of influenza will be prevalent during the flu season, and pre-manufacture the vaccines based on these guesses. As the CDC website states:

“How well the flu vaccine works (or its ability to prevent flu illness) can range widely from season to season. During years when the flu vaccine is not well matched to circulating viruses, it’s possible that no benefit from flu vaccination may be observed.”

If people (both doctors and patients) would read the package inserts supplied by the flu manufacturer, they would learn that their own trials on the vaccine show they are relatively ineffective. As Dr. Brownstein wrote on his blogearlier this year, the new flu vaccine recommended for seniors this past flu season was found effective only 1.89% of the time, or only prevented the flu for one person vaccinated out of every 217 elderly people receiving the vaccine!

Studies Show Some People Get the Flu Worse When Vaccinated

More concerning than the fact that the flu vaccine is not effective, and therefore cannot be used as a reason to justify flu vaccine injuries and deaths, is the research showing that the vaccine can actually cause people to be more susceptible to the flu, or suffer worse symptoms if they contract the influenza virus.

This phenomenon where the flu vaccine can actually make the flu worse was originally observed in mass in Canada during the 2008-2009 flu season. Researchers studied the issue for the next couple of years and concluded that the flu vaccine did in fact increase the severity of flu symptoms among those who were vaccinated (see: Study finds flu shot really did make people sicker.)

The same issue was studied in Hong Kong in 2012 by comparing a group of people vaccinated with the flu vaccine against a group that used a placebo. The researchers found that those who received the flu vaccine suffered 5.5 times more incidents of similar diseases (see: Study: Flu Vaccine Causes 5.5 Times More Respiratory Infections – A True Vaccinated vs. Unvaccinated Study.)

In 2013, a study conducted by microbiologist Dr. Hana Golding of the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research at Bethesda in Maryland showed that pigs vaccinated against one strain of influenza were worse off if subsequently infected by a related strain of the virus (see: Vaccination may make flu worse if exposed to a second strain.)

Why Are We Still Mass Vaccinating with the Flu Vaccine?

This is the urgent question no one in the mainstream media wants to address. Here are the facts:

  • People are harmed and killed by the flu vaccine – the U.S. government pays out damages because vaccine manufacturers have legal immunity.
  • The flu vaccine is big business, earning as much revenue as almost all other vaccines combined.
  • The flu vaccine is not proven to be effective at preventing influenza.

In spite of these clear facts, the U.S. government (politicians) and vaccine manufacturers want the entire U.S. population vaccinated with the flu vaccine, from infants to seniors.

What about doctors and other medical professionals?

They are not unified on this issue. There is growing opposition in the healthcare field to mass flu vaccination. However, the pharmaceutical lobby is very powerful, exerting great influence over medical colleges and universities, as well using politicians to accomplish their goals.

Doctors

This includes mandatory flu vaccination policies increasingly being put into place at healthcare facilities as a requirement to get full reimbursement of Medicare and Medicaid benefits. Understanding the risks involved in taking a flu shot, many healthcare professionals, particularly in the nursing field, are refusing mandatory flu vaccines even at the risk of losing their employment. (See: Nurses Across the U.S. are Taking a Stand Against Forced Flu Vaccines and Doctors Against Mandated Flu Vaccines.)

In the video above, Dr. Mark Geier explains the fraud behind the flu vaccine. Dr. Geier is NOT anti-vaccine. He is an MD and has a PhD in genetics. He spent 10 years working at the National Institute of Health, and was a professor at John Hopkins University as a geneticist. He is also the author of over 150 peer-reviewed publications.

He worked on vaccine safety and efficacy for more than 30 years. He was one of four scientists that worked to replace the DTP vaccine, a vaccine that caused every child to become sick with a high fever at the time of vaccination, with the DTAP vaccine, which is a more purified vaccine and causes illness due to fever in only 3% of those vaccinated.

In the video above, he explains that the flu shot causes Guillain-Barré Syndrome, and that the flu shot is not very effective in preventing the flu. He also explains that the CDC does not follow the law for vaccines in requiring long-term safety testing for the influenza vaccine like they do with other vaccines, as it is impossible to test a vaccine that changes every year. So the flu vaccine is basically an experimental vaccine that they want to give out to 300 million people every year. There are also no studies showing the safety of giving the flu vaccine to the same person every single year. However, Dr. Geier points out that the CDC is in the business of distributing flu vaccines, because they represent 300 million doses per year, whereas all the childhood vaccines together only number 20 million.

Dr. Geier goes on to explain that flu is “the wrong thing to vaccinate against” because you have to keep re-vaccinating against it every year, unlike childhood infectious diseases, such as smallpox, that are only vaccinated for once. Dr. Geier points out how ridiculous it is spend billions of dollars on a vaccine that might, at its best, save about 50 lives a year, when there are far more serious problems causing death that are more worthy of that kind of expenditure.

Be informed, don’t become a statistic of those damaged or killed by the flu vaccine! There are many other less dangerous ways to protect oneself from influenza.

Have You Seen This Letter to the Editor?

When I saw this a couple of days ago, my first thought was that it wasn’t entirely accurate, but it may actually represent a popular observation of the Republican sweep of Congress in last week’s mid-term elections. Do you agree with Richard Brunt’s observations?

Just when you think it’s okay to open your eyes again – THIS.

You Americans Have No Idea Just How Good You Have It With Obama

Many of us Canadians are confused by the U.S. midterm elections. Consider, right now in America, corporate profits are at record highs, the country’s adding 200,000 jobs per month, unemployment is below 6%, U.S. gross national product growth is the best of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) countries. The dollar is at its strongest levels in years, the stock market is near record highs, gasoline prices are falling, there’s no inflation, interest rates are the lowest in 30 years, U.S. oil imports are declining, U.S. oil production is rapidly increasing, the deficit is rapidly declining, and the wealthy are still making astonishing amounts of money.

America is leading the world once again and respected internationally — in sharp contrast to the Bush years. Obama brought soldiers home from Iraq and killed Osama bin Laden.

So, Americans vote for the party that got you into the mess that Obama just dug you out of? This defies reason.

When you are done with Obama, could you send him our way?

Richard Brunt

Victoria, British Columbia

It’s like pouring salt into a wound.

There is a bright side to Brunt’s letter. We, at least, know other countries are paying attention to President Obama’s accomplishments, even if the majority of Americans don’t feel they’re worth defending at the polls. It’s a shame. The Conservative bullhorn was so loud, it drove out the desire for many people to vote. And Democrats didn’t help. While pointing our fingers at the GOP (predominately our middle fingers) we forgot to blow our own horns. We forgot to build up our own President. We forgot to remind each other about what our own country looked like before Obama.

I have to believe the public really didn’t understand the GOP gerrymandering that took place the last four years. They didn’t see the many important and beneficial bills shot down by Republicans, one after another, out of spite. People wanted to see results, and the results were there. But half of America was blinded by the half-truths FOX ‘News’ and Conservative talking heads fed them, because you know, if you tell just enough truth mixed in with a bucket of lies, it causes confusion. And that can lead to a bad case of the FuckIts. Netflix marathons are way more fun.

Blunt’s letter reminds me of one of my favorite Robin Williams quotes/memes:

Thank you Richard Blunt for the reality check. Thank you Robin Williams for the memories.

And special thanks to James, TheEverlastingGOPStoppers.com(Website) and The Everlasting GOP Stoppers (on Facebook) for sharing the meme and the good work you do.

David Wilcock: The Global Collateral Accounts Are Absolutely REAL

David discusses the following:

  • How last week’s Republican sweep of Congress relates to the ongoing battle between the Rockefeller/Israeli and Rothschild/British empires
  • How “The Alliance” is infiltrating the above-mentioned groups, including the Vatican and the British government
  • Rumours that Russia and China will dump their holdings of US Treasury notes (bonds) if the Republicans cross them
  • Neil Keenan’s activities related to the collateral accounts (referring to photos that he has discounted in a previous article)
  • “Get in Now” offers, dating back to the 1990s. (Is he talking about currency revaluations?)

The Takeaway:

  • In his opinion, neither Neil or Jean are scammers
  • The global changes we are anticipating have been largely unpredictable
  • Why is there so much emphasis on Neil’s photos? Is he recanting his previous claim that they are bogus?

(Wilcock comments on Fulford’s new post)

Comment by dwilcock on November 12, 2014 @ 1:55 am

This is exciting news — no doubt.

There are a few things going on in the inside world that Ben didn’t get here.

First of all, the Republican sweep in the Congressional elections. Both parties are compromised at this point. Neither of them are acting in the public interest. In the past the Republicans have done significant harm, including forcing a government shutdown.

They also are the root of the Neocon agenda, which represents the Rockefeller / Israeli faction as opposed to the Rothschild / British Empire faction. Any time one of these factions gets too powerful, the other one rises up against it — and this war is now red-hot. They are using their own resources to destroy each other.

The story is no longer that simple, either, because of the Alliance, which is separate from either group but has elements within both working for a greater good.

The Alliance has a new pope in place who is radically altering the Vatican, and as Ben documented here, the British government is increasingly being transformed by the Alliance, because they don’t want to go down with the obviously-sinking ship.

So, as much as left-leaning people were upset by the midterms and saw it as a defeat, I see it just the opposite. The people who voted Republican did not support Republicans, necessarily — Congress has been down around 11 to 16 percent approval. They did this out of futility — the idea that “anything is better than this.”

However, from that sense of futility also comes the deep conviction that this is the “last chance” for the Republicans to do something different. If they repeat the behaviors they have done before, which they very likely will, then it will anger everyone. Most importantly, it will spur the Alliance to finally take action on a far more direct level than they have so far.

It does appear that things have to “hit bottom” before they have any hopes of getting better. We can fully expect that the Republicans will want to play with their new gun very soon, and government shutdown will be the ammo they test-fire. They will get everyone really, really pissed off in the process.

The other big thing I didn’t see here is what the TBRNews.org insider has been leaking. This showed up on November 6th:

“A gentleman of my acquaintance told me today, privately and not on the phone or the Internet, that if the new Republican-controlled Congress threatens Putin, he will respond by dumping, at once, Russia’s holdings of US Treasury notes in the amount of 118 millions.

“What I learned from another contact is that the Russians have discussed this with the Chinese, who hold 1,269 billions in the same notes. The Chinese, I am told, did not wish to dump their holdings but the Russians pointed out that if Russia dumped theirs, the market would drop swiftly and the Chinese would be holding relatively worthless paper. The Chinese have tentatively agreed but very reluctantly.

“And I know from two German contacts that the Deutsche Bank has printed up a large number of new Mark notes for domestic use when the inevitable collapse of both the dollar and euro are manifest.

“I do love to send these little comments out because of the disbelief they cause. And I have the chance to laugh later, believe me.”

This comment shows that things are definitely reaching a critical mass. It’s not likely to just keep on lumbering along at the gradual speed we are seeing now. We are definitely in a transitional phase.

There are also a series of articles coming out, all of a sudden, on the Nazi penetration of the USG. Then at the same time we have the new Nicki Minaj video very blatantly using Nazi imagery. This is going to be in the new article I write this week.

Regarding the situation with Neil Keenan, I do not believe he is a con artist. We were all following the story of his upcoming lawsuit with great interest here on Fulford’s blog in 2011, and then it actually did appear, and was highly intricate.

Associates of mine contacted his attorney William Mulligan and there is no doubt that this was a very real and very expensive lawsuit to produce. Ben also was personally involved in some of what happened.

Neil then contacted me and sent me an enormous amount of hard, provable data. This includes a wealth of documents I did not release, due to their sensitivity, as well as a staggering number of photographs of bonds, bond boxes and bond chests of all different sorts.

The Global Collateral Accounts are absolutely real. The bunkers are absolutely real. The gold stored in them is absolutely real. The bonds are real. All of this was independently verified to me by not one, not two, but multiple other insiders. The Joseph Riad case released more images of them.

I have met and spoken with people who have been in the bunkers and described the staggering, staggering amounts of gold in them. These people had described to me, privately, what the bonds looked like, which I had not published, BEFORE Neil sent the pics. By the time I saw them I already knew what to expect.

Since this whole story is indeed real, there are plenty of cases where people get access to these bonds and then attempt to sell them to others at a profit. As I documented in Financial Tyranny, the USG very quietly tries to buy the bonds back, and real criminal penalties occur.

The Italy case was also very significant, because bonds that looked exactly like what Neil sent photographs of were seized at the border and taken very seriously. It is all too easy to write off this whole case as if it is all fraudulent, but there is such a huge variety of data — including the very well-documented atrocities involved in the initial theft of this gold on such a massive scale — that the burden of proof has been satisfied.

There have been plenty of Internet scams that have come and gone, dating all the way back to the 1990s, where someone says the Fed is going to be wiped out and that if you buy into whatever they’ve got, you will make spectacular amounts of money. One of these rings went to federal court in 2000 and 13 people were convicted.

I have been told, breathlessly, about imminent payouts and sent emails to “Get In Now” ever since 1998. Not one of them has ever worked.

What has happened with Neil does not follow the pattern of a con artist looking to scam people. I have interacted with him dozens of times in private conversation. Never once did he ask me for a single dollar. Nor has he created any type of storyline for his audience, saying that if you send him money you will profit from the defeat of the Cabal later on.

Neil has not responded yet to Jean’s accusations. I feel that he has a right to make his own statements before I say anything else. He has spent most of his time in Indonesia, as is proven by his videos, and has also been bringing needed witnesses in and paying for everything. If he did borrow money from her, I do believe he intends to pay it back.

My policy has always been not to attack anyone who is working towards the same goals we all hope to achieve. If I had given someone money and felt cheated by them, I would not publicize it, regardless of what I felt of their character. Making negative statements of any kind about people on the internet has the almost invariable effect of backfiring and causing damage to the person who did it.

Jean has fought valiantly for truth and justice, as has Neil. She also did this without any type of donation or payment model in place for her services. I therefore encourage you to help her out if you have enjoyed her site, since she obviously is hurting.

It does appear that Neil is working on some very, very big stuff, and this is the main reason why he has gone silent for the time being.

None of this epic battle for freedom has been predictable, but it certainly has been interesting. I had another dream this morning, which I haven’t even finished writing up yet, suggesting the Cabal is nearing an epic defeat. And I have rebuilt my strength, am making great progress on doing my own videos, and have much more to share in the coming days.

Vets Sue Banks For Funding Terrorist Attacks on US Soldiers - Top US & World News | Susanne Posel

An unprecedented 200 plus American service men and women (including family members of soldiers killed in Iraq) filed a lawsuit in Brooklyn, in a federal court, citing that banks financed more than 50 attacks on Americans stationed or working in Iraq during the war.

The banks named in the suit are:

  • HSBC
  • Barclays
  • Standard Chartered
  • Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS)
  • Credit Suisse
  • Bank Saderat Iran, UK-based subsidiary of Iranian bank

The lawsuit states that these banks transferred “billions of dollars on behalf of Iran; even after sanctions were placed on the country because of their suspected financing of terrorist organizations.

Court papers filed reveal: “The defendants provided Iran with the means by which it could transfer more than $150 million to the I.R.G.C.-Q.F., Hezbollah and Special Groups, which were actively engaged in planning and perpetrating the murder and maiming of hundreds of Americans in Iraq.”

In fact, the lawsuit explains how the banks cited just happened “to do business with Iranian financial institutions that have separately financed Hezbollah, the Shiite militant group and political party suspected of aiding attacks in Iraq, as well as Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps-Qods Force and other instruments of Iranian state-sponsored terrorism.”

This litigation focuses on how the banks “finance illegal activity” and played a role in handling “tainted transactions” by using the Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA) to show the bank’s hand in providing “material support” to terrorists.

Gary Osen, one attorney for the plaintiffs, pointed out: “Does it matter whether a particular bank was the physical conduit of the transfers to the terror apparatus, or is it enough that they were in a conspiracy which made that possible, and that they were, as a legal matter, deliberately indifferent to that result?”

In order to move money, according to the lawsuit, banks “ conspired with Iranian banks to mask wire transactions in order to evade US sanctions.”

It is estimated that at least $100 million was funneled to terrorist groups operating in Iraq under the control of Iran:

  • a Shi’ite militia in Iraq
  • Kataib Hezbollah
  • Quds Force, the overseas arm of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps

This lawsuit alleges that these banks “indirectly facilitated the attacks by entering into agreements with Iranian banks to mask US dollar wire transactions sent through the United States.”

Osen said: “Each defendant understood that their conduct was part of a larger scheme engineered by Iran.”

HSBC has a history of financing terrorist clients from countries such as Mexico, Iran, Saudi Arabia and Syria.”

Back in 2012, in Mexico, HSBC allowed massive amounts of monies to be funneled to drug cartels while simultaneously servicing clients in Saudi Arabian and Bangladesh banks to finance many terrorist groups such as al-Qaeda.

At the time, it was revealed that “HSBC officials working closely with Saudi Arabian banks linked to terrorist organizations.”

In a news article about the lawsuit: “… the four-count criminal information filed in the court charged HSBC with failure to maintain an effective anti-money laundering program, to conduct due diligence on its foreign correspondent affiliates and for violating sanctions and the Trading With the Enemy Act.”

It is clear that “if [the banks] do business with terrorists, [they] can be held liable.”

Obama urges FCC to reclassify internet amid net neutrality protests

This is encouraging–Obama is pushing for net neutrality. -LW

U.S. President Barack Obama (Reuters/Wang Zhao)

The president’s remarks, posted to the White House website early Monday by way of both a video message and a written statement are among the most straightforward yet spoken by Obama after long advocating for net neutrality but publicly doing little in the face of the FCC’s looming decision on the matter.?United States President Barack Obama said Monday that the Federal Communications Commission should heed calls from the public concerning the future of the internet and “implement the strongest possible rules to protect net neutrality.”

In the coming months, the FCC is expected to finally announce its determination on what rules will be put in place pertaining to how Internet Service Providers, or ISPs, deliver content to customers across the US. Following months of discussions, FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler is expected to back a “hybrid” proposal that would “separate broadband into two distinct services: a retail one, in which consumers would pay broadband providers for Internet access; and a back-end one, in which broadband providers serve as the conduit for websites to distribute content,” according to a Wall Street Journal exclusive published recently. Much to the chagrin of open internet advocates, however, such a purported plan would not outright eliminate the ability for ISPs to create a multi-tier system in which the speed of that distribution differs depending on price.

“Simply put: No service should be stuck in a ‘slow lane’ because it does not pay a fee. That kind of gatekeeping would undermine the level playing field essential to the Internet’s growth,” Obama said Monday.

The campaign to reclassify ISPs as common carriers, like utility companies, has intensified in recent weeks on the eve of Wheeler’s impending unveiling of the new proposal, evidenced on Friday by coordinated demonstrations at a dozen cities across the US waged by activists equipped with signs inscribed with slogans such as “Save the Internet.” Outside the White House last Friday, protesters gathered to ask the president to take action before the FCC, and two days earlier an international day of action dubbed the “Million Mask March” saw activists take to the streets in cities around the world to ask for, among other things, a free and open internet.

Obama has previously advocated for maintaining an open internet while on the campaign trail and in office, but the reality of achieving as much has waned in recent months following a landmark decision last January in which the US Court of Appeals in Washington, DC found the FCC had erred by insisting ISPs must give customers equal access to all lawful content on the web. Activists responded to the ruling at the time by petitioning the president to “direct the FCC to reclassify Internet service providers as ‘common carriers’ which, if upheld, would give the FCC a distinct set of regulatory tools to promote net neutrality.” After garnering more than 105,000 signatures, however, the White House said in a statement last February that the final decision on the fate of net neutrality lies in the hands of the FCC, a an independent agency albeit one with an Obama appointee, Wheeler, at its helm.

On Monday, the president again acknowledged “The FCC is an independent agency, and ultimately this decision is theirs alone.” Nevertheless, Obama said he wants Wheeler and company to adopt “simple, common-sense steps that reflect the Internet” as it exists already, and described last January’s appeals ruling as “Unfortunate.”

“I believe the FCC should create a new set of rules protecting net neutrality and ensuring that neither the cable company nor the phone company will be able to act as a gatekeeper, restricting what you can do or see online,” Obama said.

“So the time has come for the FCC to recognize that broadband service is of the same importance and must carry the same obligations as so many of the other vital services do. To do that, I believe the FCC should reclassify consumer broadband service under Title II of the Telecommunications Act — while at the same time forbearing from rate regulation and other provisions less relevant to broadband services. This is a basic acknowledgment of the services ISPs provide to American homes and businesses, and the straightforward obligations necessary to ensure the network works for everyone — not just one or two companies.”

Moments before the president’s statement was published to the White House early Monday, protests were still occurring, at least in Washington, DC. There outside of Wheeler’s house, a group of net neutrality activists showed up shortly before 7 a.m. and blockaded his driveway with a sit-in demonstration that at one point led to a five-minute long conversation with the chairman before he ultimately retired realizing he would be unable to leave in his car.

“We’re blockading Tom Wheeler’s driveway because he’s made it clear that when he goes to work, he’s not working for the public, he’s working for Comcast, Verizon and AT&T, the companies that used to pay his salary when he was a lobbyist for the cable industry,” Kevin Zeese, co-director of the group Popular Resistance, said outside the Georgetown resident early Monday. “The future of the internet is a life or death matter for marginalized people all over the world. We cannot in good conscience allow this corrupt official to carry on with business as usual.”

Yet as word circulated soon after concerning the president’s plea to the FCC, activists fell short of expressing outright optimism and asked Obama to see to it that Wheeler acts on the voice of not just the commander-in-chief, but the millions of Americans passionate about protecting net neutrality.

“At this point it should be unthinkable that Tom Wheeler would defy both the American public *and* the President, but we hope President Obama is prepared to demote him if he doesn’t move forward in good faith with Title II reclassification,” Fight for the Future co-director Holmes Wilson said early Monday.

Chief McDonald’s fries supplier gets USDA nod for ‘cancer-reducing’ GMO-potato

McDonald’s is now resorting to serving GMO french fries under the guise that they fight cancer? How absurd is that? -LW

Simplot, one of the world’s biggest agribusinesses, has received USDA approval for Innate, a genetically-modified potato that produces fewer carcinogens when fried. Anti-GMO pressure groups are campaigning for the decision to be reversed.

“This approval comes after a decade of scientific development, safety assessments and extensive field tests,” said the Idaho-based Simplot, which annually processes about 3 billion pounds of potatoes.

The potatoes, which are also modified to bruise less easily and to not turn brown for many hours after being cut, underwent successful field trials in eight states – Florida, Indiana, Idaho, Michigan, Nebraska, North Dakota, Washington and Wisconsin – between 2009 and 2011.

Innate reportedly produces up to 75 percent less acrylamide, a substance that is suspected of contributing to cancer, when fried. The medical implications of the alterations have not been tested.

US Department of Agriculture chemical tests showed that all non-targeted substances remained within regular range, and that the plants posed no danger to other crops located in the vicinity. Simplot said that it expects to receive clearance from the Food and Drug Administration that the potato is safe to eat within weeks.

Simplot, which had revenues of $5.8 billion last financial year, reassured that the technology is not as alarming as that used by other companies, which introduce bacteria or genes from other plants. Simplot is simply manipulating genes contained within the potato’s own DNA.

“We are trying to use genes from the potato plant back in the potato plant,” Haven Baker, chief potato scientist for Innate, told the New York Times. “We believe there’s some more comfort in that.”

The company plans to use the potato’s main benefits for a two-pronged assault on the market. The spuds will be sold as a healthier alternative, and will also be supplied pre-cut to supermarkets and restaurants, due to the fact that they remain pristine-looking for longer. In fact, while the purported cancer effect will grab the headlines and curry public opinion, it is the longevity that really gives Innate its market advantage.

“This could be a game-changer for the industry!” boasted Kerwin Bradley, Simplot’s director of commercialization.

But an anti-GMO food groups did not share his enthusiasm.

“We think this is a really premature approval of a technology that is not being adequately regulated,” Doug Gurian-Sherman, a plant pathologist and senior scientist at the Center for Food Safety, told the New York Times.

The organization says that the RNA interference technique used for Innate is untested, and said that one of the substances suppressed by it actually plays an important role in the chemical make-up of the potato, and its ability to fight pests.

The Center for Food Safety says that it plans to appeal the USDA approval.

McDonald’s favorite supplier

Simplot’s role as a GMO potato pioneer is somewhat ironic, considering that it played a decisive role in the discontinuation of the world’s first flirtation with innovative spuds more than a decade ago.

Monsanto sold its NewLeaf genetically-modified potato resistant against the Colorado beetle and PVY virus between 1996 and 2001.

But as it was gaining popularity, activists pressured McDonald’s and other leading fast food chains in the US to turn their back on GMO potatoes. In turn Simplot, which supplies more than half of McDonald’s potatoes in the US and has done so for decades, simply stopped planting NewLeaf potatoes.

As a result, Monsanto stopped selling its range, concentrating on more successful products. More than 90 percent of soybeans and 60 percent of corn in the US are now genetically-modified.

The Food and Water Watch group has hoped to repeat the trick, already sending a petition signed by over 100,000 people, asking McDonald’s to ban all Innate potatoes.

But this time Simplot is unlikely to be fobbed off so easily. The company says that it plans to produce a new-generation Innate potato in the coming years, which will be resistant to late blight – the cause of the Irish Potato Famine – by mixing genes of wild potatoes into cultivated varieties.

The company says it is also seeking approval for Innate in Canada, Japan and Mexico.
