Breaking: Pentagon Review Says America’s Nukes Are FUBAR

Is this the cover story for getting rid of nukes that the galactics have disabled?

The guys babysitting our missiles in Montana couldn’t agree more.

Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel is ordering a massive overhaul of America’s nuclear weapons program after finding it to be plagued with “fundamental flaws,” the AP reported this evening. Pentagon-commissioned reviews of the nuclear forces have found outdated equipment, weak leadership, and abysmal morale among the men and women responsible for maintaining and launching some of the most destructive weapons on the planet. Many of the problems were already well known, but the language the Pentagon is using to describe them is uncharacteristically strong. “Hagel’s reviews concluded that the structure of US nuclear weapons forces is so incoherent that it cannot be properly managed,” noted the AP, which got a briefing on the highlights from two senior defense officials.

“Nothing the Air Force is doing is going to reduce the risk. It’s not missileers who are at fault, it’s the mission.”

The latest review, which was expected to be released this week, was conducted by Retired General James Welch, a former top nuclear commander whom the Pentagon has tapped repeatedly to assess problems with its nuclear oversight. In 2007, Welch led the initial outside review of what remains the worst nuclear weapons scandal in recent years: Six nuclear missiles went missing for 36 hours after a crew at Minot Air Force Base mistakenly loaded them onto a plane and flew them across the country. (See our timeline: “That Time We Almost Nuked North Carolina.”) Welch later directed two follow-up assessments in April 2011 and April 2013, the last of which noted improvements and concluded that “the nuclear force is professional, disciplined, committed and attentive to the special demands of the mission.”

But that conclusion was quickly called into question by a string of new scandals, as detailed in “Death Wears Bunny Slippers,” my recent feature story about the ICBM program. In the months following Welch’s review, 98 missileers were implicated in a cheating scandal and nine midlevel commanders were fired; a leaked email from the commander of the nuclear missile wing at North Dakota’s Minot Air Force base complained of “rot” in the missile force; and Gen. Michael Carey was removed as commander of the ICBM program after an official trip to Russia, where he engaged in “inappropriate behavior,” including heavy drinking, rudeness to his hosts, and associating with “suspect” women. Just last week, the Air Force fired two high-level commanders in the ICBM program and disciplined a third for various leadership lapses, including the maltreatment of subordinates.

Welch has since distanced himself from last year’s rosy assessment. His spokesman told the AP that the 2013 report was addressing organizational aspects of the nuclear mission and not primarily personnel and attitude issues.

The Air Force has long struggled to create a balance between strong oversight of missileers and the need to create a rewarding work environment that attracts talented recruits. Following the 2007 missing-nukes scandal, the Air Force instituted a regimen of strict tests and inspections that “was as much punishment as it was rigor,” Lt. General Stanley Kowalski, now the Deputy Commander of US Strategic Command, said at the time. In a follow-up report three years later, Welch suggested that the strategy had backfired by sowing mistrust and creating a sense of “nuclear paranoia”—talented airmen were avoiding nuclear weapons jobs.

According to the AP, Hagel will seek to invest an additional $1 to $10 billion in the nuclear program and promote its top commanders to give the nuclear wing more clout within the Air Force bureaucracy.

During my reporting for “Death Wears Bunny Slippers,” I interviewed a slew of nuclear policy experts and traveled to Great Falls, Montana—home to Malmstrom Air Force Base—where I spent time with current and former missileers. They told me of the mind-numbing boredom of babysitting ICBMs for 24 hours straight, of cheating on proficiency tests, of how one colonel made them shit in a box because he didn’t want to take the missiles offline to fix the toilets. They were basically dying to get the hell out.

The consensus among the experts was that no amount of funding or attention will be enough to fix the ICBM program’s biggest problem: obsolescence. “I am deeply disappointed with the happy talk coming out of the Air Force and Department of Defense on this,” Joseph Cirincione, president of the Ploughshares Fund, a foundation focused on nuclear weapons policy, told me. (Disclosure: Ploughshares has provided some funding for Mother Jones’ national security reporting.) “These missileers are in dead-end jobs and they know it. They pull 24-hour shifts underground waiting to push a button that they know they are never going to push, and if they did, they would be condemning hundreds of thousands of civilians to death. What kind of job is that? New helicopters and new managers are not going to fix this problem. Nothing the Air Force is doing is going to reduce the risk. It’s not missileers who are at fault, it’s the mission.”

Environmental War Update: Doppler Stations Responsible for Saskatchewan, Canada Storms

As expected, the data is now in on this one, too.  Thanks, Alfred.

SHOCKING: Doppler Stations Responsible for Saskatchewan Storms

We had just put out an important post detailing how a storm system was generated in north-eastern Montana using the Doppler Station in Glasgow, MT. During that same time, Saskatchewan was also issued tornado warnings by Environment Canada. Saskatchewan Doppler stations have been caught generating two intense storms using electromagnetic energy.

Why is it that time-and-time again, we are finding these suddenly-appearing storm plumes being strangely generated from specific points that precisely align with the centre of Doppler stations? These recent storms appear to be generated from near the centre of Doppler stations and strangely taper towards the centre of the Doppler stations. Our only plausible explanation is the use of electromagnetic waves to control our weather that has been  documented in weather modification patents for a long time. The playlist for all related videos can be seen here. Please see the video below:

The satellite animation for these storms can be seen here and here. Upon watching the Prairie Radar, initially we see quiet activity in the Prairie Doppler stations. Then suddenly, the Doppler Station for Foxwarren (near Brandon) begins pulsing, attracting the tapering storm that was generated by the Glasgow, MT NEXRAD station. This video shows the plume of that same storm generated by the Glasgow Station, which is pushed north-east towards Brandon, SK. [They meant Brandon, Manitoba]

We also believe that electromagnetic repulsion may have been assisted by the Minot AFB, ND (KMBX) Station to further push this system north into Brandon, SK. [Manitoba]

Meanwhile, during this time we see the Doppler Station for Bethune (near Regina) begin pulsing, and then generates a plume-like storm system that is later shown tapering towards the centre of the Bethune Doppler Station. Shortly afterwards, we see the Radisson Doppler Station (near Saskatoon) pulsing electromagnetic waves to create yet another strange storm system, also with its tapering arm oriented towards the centre of the Radisson Doppler Station. During this time, we also see the Edmonton Doppler Station passing its storm system (with accompanying wind) south-east, directly towards Saskatoon.

Flooding in Calgary, Canada and B.C. Caused by Geo-Engineered Weather

Yes, weather modification is real. Whereas media like McLeans Magazine are blaming this catastrophic flooding on “climate change” and something We, The People need to address, the powers that were are creating whatever they choose, wherever they choose, and most people are completely unaware.

Basically, they’re playing ‘God’ with the weather, except they’re using it as a weapon in targeted areas. So… I have to ask; why doesn’t someone destroy their tools or render them inoperable?

Floods in Southern Alberta caused by NEXRAD Stations in the U.S. & Canada – SHOCKING EVIDENCE

Firstly, we are surprised that none of the major media outlets have mentioned that the heavy rainfall southern Alberta received in the past two days originated from southern Montana. We will describe how the recent weather pattern formed, which brought majority of the recent flooding of rain, accompanied by videos. A playlist of all events can be viewed here. Part II discusses mainly Calgary and surrounding areas in south Alberta, strictly using the Pacific and Prairie radar stations data. Read Part II here.

Regarding the video below, pay close attention to the storm originating in southern Montana which moves into southern Alberta. At about 11 seconds in, we see a tapering arm stretching south to the Wyoming-Idaho border, which later feeds the southern end of the storm for some time. This storm system moves east to join other storms that originated in North and South Dakota. Also pay attention around these areas of North and South Dakota, to see how storm systems mysteriously originate from central points. It is important to note how some of these storm systems are tapered , originating from a central point. These central points will later be shown to be NEXRAD (Doppler) sites, which can emit electromagnetic waves at different frequencies that affect weather patterns. Where the cursor is throughout the video are points of interest:

What is interesting about where some of these storm systems are developing is that they are either on, or near close proximity to NEXRAD stations. Here is a snapshot of where the south Montana storm originates, which is near the KBLX NEXRAD Station in Billings, MT:

Environment Canada Satellite Image: South Alberta storm originates from south Montana
NEXRAD Station KBLX near Billings, MT. Coincidence?

At about 6 seconds into the video, you will notice that the storm begins in southern Montana, and is actively being fed and driven by NEXRAD station KBLX in Billings, Montana. The storm is further driven north by NEXRAD / Doppler stations in southern Alberta. Later on, the storm is being fed and driven by other NEXRAD stations throughout the neighbouring states, causing it to move east. We see this storm mysteriously originating from specific points of interest, initially starting in Billings, Montana. This is what brought majority of the rainfall in the past day, which caused severe flooding for Southern Alberta.

At about 10 seconds into the video, we see numerous other storms mysteriously appearing at central points, specifically in North Dakota and Nebraska. These storms later merge with the one that was created in south Montana. We have uploaded the different NEXRAD animations for these different stations to better depict what was occurring in those areas. You will see the storm systems being fed from some of these locations, and radar pulsing to influence nearby cloud patterns.

We believe that more NEXRAD stations were involved than those which are highlighted red, and stations nearby to them work in conjugation with each other.

With the amount of metal particles in aerosols that are being sprayed (Geoengineering) in the upper atmosphere daily, which actively collect moisture to form clouds, there should be no surprise at how some of these weather patterns are being driven. It is worth noting what Dane Wigington and other experts have to say on this topic. The clouds laced with metallic particles can be influenced by electromagnetic waves emitted by NEXRAD radar originating from these stations. The air acts like a fluid, in which these particles are distributed. This is creating an ongoing problem in many areas and is spoken about here.

After watching the NEXRAD animations, one should be convinced that this is not how natural cloud systems are formed. We can clearly see the weather patterns and cloud formations being affected by the electromagnetic waves (ie. radar) emitted from these NEXRAD stations.

More research is needed in this field, and there needs to be a thorough investigation from officials around various States and Canadian cities for the amount of damage that has been caused in the name of weather modification.

Part II can be read here, which takes a closer look at the radar stations near southern Alberta (and Calgary).

Intellicast Image: June 21st. Active aerosol-spraying continues off the West Coast of U.S. and Canada, which clearly act to intensify active weather systems that are being formed and moving inland.

Federal Framework Being Set Up to Arrest Sheriffs

More signs the cabal is not going to give up, give in, or give over. It’s just business as usual until the bitter end, and the bitter end is when WE say it is. I must say I’m proud of the sheriffs who stood up the cabal and they weren’t all in the wild west.

Thanks to OPPT Canada FB folks for digging this up.

Federal Framework Being Set Up To Arrest Sheriffs

March 30, 2013

Secret Service to Arrest Sheriffs

Colorado, and apparently Texas (next) are being targeted with an attempt to set up a federal authority framework that will enable Secret Service agents (not just those guarding the president), and others of the U.S. Secret Service including uniformed division officers, physical security technicians and specialists, and other ‘special officers’, to arrest and remove an elected sheriff for refusing to enforce the law (or anyone breaking the law).

The bills being introduced defines law as including any rule, regulation, executive order, court order, statute or constitutional provision.

Why are they doing this? Here’s why…

It would establish federal authority police powers in a State, enabling an enforcement arm reporting directly to the president (Secret Service).

It would enable the president / executive branch to theoretically override the actions and preventative measures that are now being taken by many States throughout the country who are trying to preserve 2nd Amendment gun rights and who are prohibiting the enforcement of unconstitutional law passed by Congress or pushed by executive order.

As some of you may know, a growing list of sheriffs (more than 340 so far) across the country have expressed that they will not enforce a Washington mandate that clearly violates the Second Amendment.

Many State laws to preserve gun rights are gaining momentum. States include Montana, Ohio, Kentucky, Idaho, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas, Arizona, Michigan, Utah, and New Mexico.

However, in Colorado, Senate Bill SB-13-013 has evidently just passed, and is now ready to be signed by the governor, giving police powers and arrest authority to the federal/executive branch of government (Secret Service) within the State. In Texas a similar bill has just been introduced in the State legislature.

The president and vice-president Biden have been actively pursuing state legislatures and pushing for passage of the bills. Obama is scheduled to visit Colorado in just a few days. “Colorado is a pawn for the Obama-Biden plan,” and then on to the next… at least those that won’t fall into line.

It is a full court press by the federal government to empower themselves even further by inserting themselves as police authority within the state, to eliminate opposition.

3 More States Propose Bills to Resist Federal Gun Control

It has been the biggest week yet for states introducing bills across the board to nullify federal tyranny. The Tenth Amendment Center has highlighted progress toward halting drone use in American skies, eliminating the “indefinite detention” provision of the NDAA, promoting hemp freedom, and nullification of Obamacare. (Source)

Three states are also taking a stand against federal restrictions being proposed for gun ownership: Kentucky, Montana, and Alaska.

3 More States Propose Bills to Resist Federal Gun Control

It has been exhaustively proven that tighter gun regulations do not result in a safer society, but in fact do help pave the way for democide. As pressure from the U.S. government to disarm the population intensifies, it is important to look at the legislation introduced by these three states as models for what can be implemented across the nation.

1. Kentucky approved bill SB 129 by a vote of 34-3, which seeks to render all federal rules and regulations as unenforceable. Significantly, it mentions gun registration:

Any federal law, rule, regulation, or order created on or after January 1, 2013, including any amendment or other change made after January 1, 2013, to a preexisting federal law, rule, regulation, or order, shall be unenforceable within the borders of Kentucky if the law, rule, regulation, order, amendment, or other change attempts to:

(a) Ban or restrict ownership of a semi-automatic firearm, magazine, or other firearm accessory; or

(b) Require any firearm, magazine, or other firearm accessory to be registered in any manner.

2. Montana introduced House Bill 302, which, as The Tenth Amendment Center states, doesn’t even have “to rely on the goodness, courage, and constitutional understanding of their own local Sheriff – HB302 would make it state law that no state agent, agency or peace officer working in the state of Montana would be allowed to enforce such violations of the 2nd Amendment.”

This statement is important, as it has been argued that even though hundreds of sheriffs have declared that they will not comply with federal demands, there is plenty to suggest that many already have compromised the rights of citizens in the past and very well could be willing to stand aside if federal pressure becomes too intense.

Montana’s two-page bill seeks to address this possibility by prohibiting compliance, even with a ban on semi-automatic weapons and large capacity magazines. Additionally, it highlights that taxpayers shall rightly direct the course of action when expending public funds, deeming to criminalize their unauthorized use. Section 3 states in part:

(1) A peace officer, state employee, or employee of any political subdivision is prohibited from enforcing, assisting in the enforcement of, or otherwise cooperating in the enforcement of a federal ban on semiautomatic weapons or large magazines and is also prohibited from participating in any federal enforcement action implementing a federal ban on semiautomatic weapons or large magazines.

(2) An employee of the state or any political subdivision may not expend public funds or allocate public resources for the enforcement of a federal ban on semiautomatic weapons or large magazines. Any expenditure of public funds or public resources, including paying the salaries of personnel, to enforce or participate in the enforcement of a federal ban on semiautomatic weapons or large magazines is an unauthorized use of public resources and is considered theft as provided in 45-6-301.

If the federal government is going to try even more attacks on the 2nd amendment, Montana will not have ANY part of it. And, by doing so, Montana will help play an important part in the demise of such unconstitutional plans.

3. Alaska has passed House Bill 69, The Second Amendment Preservation Act, by a margin of 31-5. The bill focuses on the right of the state of Alaska to supersede any Congressional regulation that should seek to end-run the state through interstate commerce laws:

The authority of the United States Congress to regulate interstate commerce in basic materials does not include authority to regulate firearms, firearm accessories, and ammunition possessed in this state or made in this state from those materials. Firearm accessories that are imported into this state from another state and that are subject to federal regulation as being in interstate commerce do not subject a firearm to federal regulation under interstate commerce because they are attached to or used in conjunction with a firearm in this state.

The bill goes on to highlight that it is a class B misdemeanor punishable by a $2,000 fine and up to 90 days in jail under AS 12.55 for, “an official, agent, or employee of the federal government who enforces, attempts to enforce a federal statute, regulation, rule, or order that is unenforceable under this section.”

Alaska representative Mike Chenault stated perfectly the sentiments of those who wish to preserve the bedrock of freedom, even as we acknowledge that tragedies using firearms will occur: “Tragedy is not a license for federal encroachment of constitutionally protected freedoms.”

There is a simple reason why tragedy can never be permitted to re-write essential freedom: the possibility that tragedies can be manufactured by the very government that later rides in to make emotional appeals for sweeping changes. It has happened before, and it is sure to happen again.

It is a positive sign that the hard work of activists on many fronts is finally coming to fruition and coalescing to such a degree that states are clarifying and solidifying their lines in the sand.
