Many thanks to all who showed up for the first OPPT NYC meet up this past Friday.  It was a night filled with incredible connections and synchronicity.  We were all strangers yet we all knew each other.  For those who were not able to make the meet up I’d like to share what was discussed and provide details for our next meet up.

After meeting and deciding to grab a bite to eat at the local TGI Friday’s, we all shared our backgrounds and stories of awakening.  We realized that we all had difficult lives and the courage to question the  status quo.  We never settled for the answers that were given to us by family, friends, school, church, and government.  We always knew on a subconscious level that there was more.

We shared our knowledge of corrupt systems, UFOs, the Galactic Federation, planetary liberation, Ascension and the OPPT.  In doing so our energy filled the restaurant with powerful vibrations of ONEness.   Over our conversation and meal, we connected with two more eternal hearts which was a blessing.

The first was Rev. Melony McGant.  She just happened to be eating at a table near ours and over heard a portion of our conversation.  She told us politely she heard us and was compelled to share her February love letter with us.  It was a beautiful and inspiring piece of writing.  It was more validation that the energetic changes that are occurring are indeed manifesting through the people in a myriad of ways.  She writes a blog that can be found here: http://melonymcgant.blogspot.com/ We took that opportunity to introduce her to OPPT.

The second was a gentleman who wanted a photo with a strawman mascot we used during the evening to find each other.  The jolly sir was curious what was going on after we shared information about his previous strawman corporation which was dissolved with the OPPT filings.  He was clearly blown away.  He left us with the OPPT-in.com link memorized.

After sharing perspectives we all agreed on many items.  One main item was that this is New York City – the capital of the world.  If critical mass of awareness was achieved in a city so densely and diversely populated it would certainly spread like wild fire across the planet.  If we take into account the holographic fractal nature of reality then it can be understood that unifying this city is one of the microcosms that can trigger the macrocosmic unification event.

With this understanding, we all desired an extremely public and visible recipient for the Courtesy Notice we are issuing.  With the recent fare hike on local transportation, it became all too clear who was going to get this notice.  The Metropolitan Transportation Authority(MTA) will be the first recipient of a Courtesy Notice from OPPT NYC.  As we work on completing this document, we are already preparing the means to inform all 5 million+ daily riders of this system of their foreclosed status.   We have a crew of very creative individuals with many talents and we will not stop informing the public.  Word of advice to other city/community organizers:  use your local transportation networks(buses/subways/trains) as a media network to reach your entire community.  Remember, you as a member of the ONE PEOPLE now have the authority to use the assets necessary in protecting the public good.  Print and Post the truth everywhere!  Saturate the network!

This is the course of action that we are taking at this time.  We as a group have decided to meet Fridays on a weekly basis from now on to develop, organize and act on these plans.  Details for our weekly meet ups can be found by clicking the Meet Up link on the main menu above.  Thanks to one of our members we now have a set location 2 blocks from of Times Square that we can meet anytime.

We look forward to meeting all those who wish to assist this effort in the weeks to come.  Word on CVACs is that they will be operational this week and this is great.  However we are prepared either way to do what is necessary.  By the way the energies felt last night, I’m expecting a major development this week.

CANADA IS DISSOLVED

 

A Legal Notice to all Agents of the so-called Crown of England and Elizabeth Windsor, and to all Canadians

Issued by the Governing Council of The International Tribunal into Crimes of Church and State

 

This PUBLIC NOTICE is issued to the Members of the Parliament of Canada, the Canadian judiciary, the governmental civil service, and the active serving members of all Canadian police and military forces, as well as to all citizens of Canada:

1. On February 25, 2013, a lawfully constituted Common Law Court of Justice found Elizabeth Windsor, Queen of England and Head of State of Canada and its churches, guilty as charged of Crimes against Humanity in Canada and of engaging in a Criminal Conspiracy to conceal Genocide. The same verdict found Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper guilty of the same offenses.

2. This verdict was based on irrefutable evidence, including eyewitness accounts of Elizabeth Windsor’s personal involvement in the forcible abduction and disappearance of ten children from the Kamloops Indian Residential School on October 10, 1964, while on a state visit to Canada. Ms. Windsor has never denied or refuted this charge or evidence, nor did she respond to a Public Summons issued by the Court.

3. The Court’s verdict rests upon the Nuremberg Legal Statutes of 1950 which allow any head of state to be tried for Crimes against Humanity, as well as the right under Canadian law to hold the Crown liable for tort offenses committed in Canada.

4. Elizabeth Windsor therefore stands condemned as a convicted felon. As a fugitive from justice, she is now liable for arrest and imprisonment under the terms of the Court verdict. A Citizens Arrest Warrant for the detention of Elizabeth Windsor was in fact issued by the Court on March 5, 2013, and Ms. Windsor has evaded this Warrant.

5. a) Each of you has taken a public oath of allegiance to Elizabeth Windsor as the Queen of England. Your oath now constitutes a criminal act under international law, including Section 25 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, which obligates all citizens to refrain from colluding with authorities engaged in or convicted of criminal acts.

b) Each of you is obligated therefore to refrain from aiding or abetting Elizabeth Windsor in evading justice or arrest, including by continuing to obey her orders or operating under her authority, since to do so will constitute an obstruction of justice and will make you subject to arrest.

6. Since no convicted felon can legitimately or legally serve as a head of state or a constituted authority, all existing legal and political authority in Canada is dissolved as of Monday, February 25, 2013. Your Oath of Allegiance to Queen Elizabeth and the Crown of England is consequently nullified and abolished, along with your authority.

7. a) Canada has been rendered as a state without legitimate legal or political authority. It will remain so until a new and lawful Head of State can be established along with a Constitution democratically established by the people of Canada.

b) Until such constitutional authority is established, no existing Canadian law or statute is enforceable, and any attempt by you or others to do so will constitute an act of illegal assault and fraud on the people of Canada.

8. Until a legitimate government is established in Canada, all of its citizens are urged to conduct themselves under the common law requirement of peaceable co-existence and equity in their communities, maintaining law and order. All citizens are required to police and govern themselves without reference to any existing authorities or laws, which are nullified, illegitimate and inoperative.

9. Canadian citizens as wholly self-governing men and women are advised to establish local committees of correspondence to arrange a National Congress that will draft a new Constitution. This legal charter, ratified by a popular vote, will establish and maintain a new, Democratic Republic of Canada.

10. This Constitution must include a new legal framework by which the church organizations also convicted by the Court – the Vatican and Catholic, Anglican and United Church -  can legitimately and lawfully operate in Canada, if such further operation is the will of the People. In accordance with the Verdict of the Court and lawful legitimacy, this new framework would require a Civil Constitution for the Clergy that nationalizes the property and wealth of the convicted church corporations, and regulates their church officials and employees as licensed public servants.

We are informing the world of these facts and of the new regime now operating in Canada. This same Notice and condition applies to the government and people of England, to whom a separate Notice is being issued.

Is March going to be the month of the final breakthrough?

High level geopolitical horse trading going on around right now appears to be headed towards historical changes in how the world is managed will become visible in March. Big diplomatic moves have been seen with Japan, Russia, Europe, South America, Africa and the US during the past week, although with few public announcements. These talks are in preparation for big moves expected after a new Pope and a new Chinese government, formally take the reins of power in March.

As the horse trading continues, the following potential geopolitical chess moves have been hinted at by the various factions: the Pentagon would seize Nigeria’s oil fields, North Korea would attack Beijing and Shanghai with nukes, China would start a war with India, Japan would team up with Russia, the US and India to tame China, South America would link itself to Africa etc. etc.

What all this really amounts to is the various factions showing their strengths in preparations for replacing the Western dominated world system of governance with something more representative of the actual people of the planet.

There were also responses last week from MI5 and from the Vatican P2 about the attacks on the Queen and the papacy.

This is linked to previous reports that the Monarchy is ‘owned’ by Rome and this is also presumably behind the current thinking that the Queen will be deposed because of the paedophile scandal which will hit the Vatican. First point about the handshake…the nearest likeness is the Lion’s Paw of the Master Mason. It is however very questionable whether HMQ is a Freemason and therefore whether the handshake can be interpreted as being Masonic. The most senior Freemason in England is Prince Edward, Duke of Kent, who is first cousin to the Queen and Grand Master of Freemasons in England and Wales. If HMQ were a Mason she would be lower in rank than the Prince, leave alone the Pope.

Officially the Pope is not a Freemason either, as Masonry is prohibited by the Catholic Church, as is paedophilia. However Zagami says there are four Lodges inside the Vatican which are run by the administration for Satanic rituals below ground. Where, incidentally the CIA says that the remains of Jesus are buried, unascended.

A member of the P2 Freemason Lodge said only that the Queen used to be subordinate to the Pope in matters of doctrine “long ago.” This same source, a member of the Italian nobility, said the Pope announced his resignation because he was threatened with the murder of millions of Catholics, probably in Beirut, if he did not resign.

In any case last week there was a major, and under-reported, split between the UK and the cabal that controls the US and Europe. Essentially, the UK government announced that it was becoming the first major Western nation to directly trade its currency for Chinese Renminbi. This was followed by an announcement by the totally disgraced cabal “credit rating agency” Moody’s that Britain’s credit rating had been reduced. The British withdrawal from the US dollar/Euro group and move to direct forex dealing with China is a major blow to the cabal behind the Federal Reserve Board and the European central bank. Australia has also already switched to direct dealings with the Renminbi, joining such powers as Japan, Russia and India and much of the rest of the world.

It is no coincidence this move comes a week before the new Chinese government formally takes over the reins of power in March.

Asia, as well, was the center of lots of jockeying for position last week. Prime Minister Shinzo Abe of Japan in particular has been trying to show himself to be a macho man. When he went to Washington last weekend, he asked the Americans to allow him to stay in power for his full term (4 years) and promised he obey them in exchange, according to Japanese military intelligence. Abe also apologized for being “too close to China” last time he was Prime Minister.

However, the Americans were having no part of any talk of allying with Japan against China since without Chinese money, the US would have become bankrupt a long time ago. The Japanese establishment, to hedge their bets, have also been making secret proposals to Russia to join them in a move to encircle China.

The Japanese also pulled out an ace from their sleeve last week when the North Koreans, who are secret allies of Japan, told the Chinese they had nuclear missiles aimed at Beijing and Shanghai, Japanese military intelligence said.

The Chinese, for their part, have agreed with the Taiwanese and with many Japanese factions that the solution to the territorial dispute over the Senkaku/Diaoyu Islands would be to make Okinawa an independent kingdom again like it was until the cabal took over Japan in the Meiji era. In such a scenario the Chinese and Japanese would split the costs of US bases there in exchange for them becoming a neutral police force.

The Chinese war-mongering faction has now decided that if they need to start a war to strengthen internal Chinese unity that India would make a better target. The death of 100 million people would be “considered acceptable,” in such a war, according to a senior Chinese military source linked to an Asian secret society. This of course, is just a way of saying “do not under-estimate China.”

The US military industrial complex, for its part, showed off its likely strategy for dealing with imminent bankruptcy: the use of armed force. In particular, the US has begun to build up a major base in the African country of Niger, the only likely strategic aim of which would be to seize the rich oil fields of next door Nigeria. This is the pentagon’s way of saying they will do what is necessary to make sure they can keep filling their gas tanks no matter what happens in the financial world.

US Secretary of State John Kerry flew off to Europe and the Middle East last week to try to convince the Europeans, Russians and Sunni Muslims to unite behind dictator Obama.

However, the United States, a nation that has been constantly at war for most of the past 70 years, will find it now considered to be a friendless rogue nation. The momentum is with the 180 nation BRICS alliance. They wish to improve the environment and living standards of the planet. Their motto is simple: “make love, not war.”

Russia Orders Obama: Tell the World About Aliens, Or We Will

If you’ve been kicking around this blog for long you know I LOVE hearing about the ETs and disclosure.

We’ve been cheated out of the joy of meeting our star families—or at the very least a massive flyover—for far too long so I am always eager to hear about steps in that direction. It’s coming. The cabal can’t keep it a secret much longer from the general public.

The Russians have used a couple of opportunities lately to ‘break the ice’ so to speak, just as the Galactics use any shot at getting on the lamestream media they can.

Remember the fires in Waldo Canyon, CO last summer? A saucer followed the helicopter live on the 6:00 news, and during the Opening and Closing Ceremonies at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London we saw several saucers, and at the time of the inauguration in January 2013 at least one ship was in plain view at the top of the Capitol Building. All those videos are on this blog…somewhere…if you search.

Just think: “First Encounters of the Third Kind” will be a reality! How cool is that? After all these years of just ‘knowing’ they’re there (or here) and having it out in the open; having them tell us the whole history of our civilization and how the Annunaki/Illuminati locked us away from reality for centuries. I feel foolish just thinking about it. How could we be so gullible?

When people learn that WE are all GMOs and ETs—man, they’re going to need to be pinched!

I really do believe our ascended ancestors are almost as anxious to come out of the closet as we are for them to do so. We owe a debt of gratitude to them we can never hope to repay—nor would they want us to try, except in being of service to others as they have been to us.

I’m glad Russia is bullying the U.S. government about it. It’s time. Make ‘em sweat! These discussions about how we could entertain finding proof of alien life in the near future is laughable, though; like they haven’t been right on our planet for almost 70 years and currently walk among us.

Since we didn’t hear anything from Obama last week, the ploy didn’t work, but there are certainly exciting things to look forward to in 2013 in this regard.

A stunning Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) report on Prime Minister Medvedev’s [photo] agenda at the World Economic Forum (WEF) this week states that Russia will warn President Obama that the “time has come” for the world to know the truth about aliens, and if the United States won’t participate in the announcement, the Kremlin will do so on its own.

The WEF (The Forum) is a Swiss non-profit foundation, based in Cologny, Geneva and describes itself as an independent international organization committed to improving the state of the world by engaging business, political, academic and other leaders of society to shape global, regional and industry agendas.

The Forum is best known for its annual meeting in Davos, a mountain resort in Graubünden, in the eastern Alps region of Switzerland. The meeting brings together some 2,500 top business leaders, international political leaders, selected intellectuals and journalists to discuss the most pressing issues facing the world, including health and the environment.

Medvedev is scheduled to open this year’s Forum where as many as 50 heads of government, including Germany’s Angela Merkel and Britain’s David Cameron, will attend the five-day meeting that begins on 23 January.

Critical to note about this years Forum is that the WEF, in their 2013 Executive Summary, scheduled for debate and discussion a number of items under their X Factors from Nature category, and which includes the “discovery of alien life” of which they state: “Proof of life elsewhere in the universe could have profound psychological implications for human belief systems.”

Equally critical to note is that Medvedev, after completing a 7 December 2012 on-camera interview with reporters in Moscow, continued to respond to reporters and made some off-air comments without realizing that his microphone was still on. He was then asked by one reporter if “the president is handed secret files on aliens when he receives the briefcase needed to activate Russia’s nuclear arsenal,” Medvedev responded:

“Along with the briefcase with nuclear codes, the president of the country is given a special ‘top secret’ folder. This folder in its entirety contains information about aliens who visited our planet… Along with this, you are given a report of the absolutely secret special service that exercises control over aliens on the territory of our country… More detailed information on this topic you can get from a well-known movie called Men In Black… I will not tell you how many of them are among us because it may cause panic.”

Western news sources reporting on Medvedev’s shocking reply about aliens stated that he was “joking” as he mentioned the movie Men In Black, which they wrongly assumed was a reference to the 1997 American sci-fi adventure comedy about two top secret agents battling aliens in the US.

Medvedev, however, wasn’t referring to the American movie but was, instead, talking about the famous Russian movie documentary Men In Black which details many UFO and alien anomalies. [Full MIB length movie in Russian with English subtitles can be viewed HERE.]

Where Western news sources quoted Medvedev as saying “More detailed information on this topic you can get from a well-known movie called ‘Men In Black,’” his actual answer was, “You can receive more detailed information having watched the documentary film of the same name.”

The reason(s) for Western propaganda news outlets deliberately distorting Medvedev’s words become apparent after his shocking statement, and as evidenced in just one example of their so called reporting on this disclosure of alien life already being on our planet where the title of one such article was “Russian Prime Minister Dmitri Medvedev makes a crack about aliens, and conspiracists promptly lose their minds.”

If anyone is “losing their minds” about aliens, it must be pointed out, it is certainly not Russia, but the Vatican, which in November 2009 announced it was “preparing for extraterrestrial disclosure.”

Equally, and apparently, “losing their minds” are US government officials themselves, such as former Pentagon consultant Timothy Good, and author of Above Top Secret: The Worldwide U.F.O. Cover-Up, who in February 2012 stated that former President Dwight Eisenhower had three secret meetings with aliens who were ‘Nordic’ in appearance and wherein a ‘Pact’ was signed to keep their agenda on Earth secret.

With the recent discovery in the Russian city of Vladivostok of a 300-million-year-old UFO tooth-wheel, and scientists, astronauts and YouTube users reporting increasingly strange happenings on the moon, the European Space agency reporting their discovery of a 1,000 mile ancient river on Mars, and UK and Sri Lanka scientists saying they now have “rock solid proof of alien life” after finding fossilized algae inside meteorite, the only ones who seem to be truly “losing their minds” are the Western, especially American, propagandists who for decades have covered up one of the most important stories in all of human history that “we are not alone.”

So if Medvedev will be able to convince the Obama regime to tell the truth about UFO and aliens at the WEF this week it is not in our knowing.  What is in our knowing, though, is that with or without the US, the Kremlin will surely begin the process of telling the truth about that which we already know to be true.

In an upcoming paper for the journal Aquatic Mammals, a pair of scientists detail a series of interactions between an adult bottlenose dolphin with scoliosis – “highly pronounced curvature of the spine ” – and a group of sperm whales in the Azores. The scientists describe their research as the first time sperm whales have been observed interacting in a non-aggressive way with a member of a different species.

In other words: They repeatedly spotted a dolphin with a messed up back hanging out with a group of sperm whales.

The paper’s authors, Alexander Wilson and Jens Krause, write that the whales treated the dolphin as a “conspecific” – a member of the same species –  ”at times both permitting and initiating physical contact.” They also say that the interactions went beyond “simple tolerance.”

“Initially, we thought it was a very unusual interaction as sperm whales are not known to show non-aggressive behaviors to other species of cetaceans, however at this point we thought it might just be a one-off unusual interaction,” Wilson told Weather.com. “When some time afterwards we saw the same dolphin still interacting with the same or other sperm whales, we thought there must be some underlying mechanism…beyond the animals simply being in the same place at the same time.”

They posit and reject several possible reasons for the odd affiliation, before suggesting a couple of very sweet possibilities.

“What we did see,” Wilson says, “is a lot physical interaction between the dolphin and the whales and the interactions seemed to be the same kind of interactions seen between sperm whales themselves.” Ultimately, they hypothesize that, according to Wilson, “it could be a form of social ‘play’ or it could be that the sperm whales interpreted the dolphin as being another sperm whale calf.”

Either the whales just like playing with the dolphin or they’ve adopted it.

Wilson also noted that while the behavior was extremely unusual for sperm whales, it “is not so unusual for dolphins, they are very gregarious and readily interact with many species including people!”

The purpose of the US government today has strayed far from its original intent when it was formed over 200 years ago.
As usual, we find it important to state that we are not anti-American.

We love the original America.

The one that was a place where individual rights were protected.

We love the America where government was a servant of the people, not a tyrannical ruler over the people.

So let’s be clear that when we decry what this new US “beast” of a government is doing, we’re not “terrorist sympathizers”.

This hardly seems possible as we’re denouncing the true terrorist: the new United States Empire ruled by international bankers and industrialists.

Yes, the elite pushing for their totalitarian Global Community (New World Order, One World Government, etc) are the terrorists.

A failure to understand that point well is a failure to understand current events properly.

PURPOSE OF THE US GOVERNMENT: WHERE’S OUR REPUBLIC?

As we’ve already alluded to, the founding fathers set up a system of government whereby the government body served to protect the rights of the people. This system of government was called a REPUBLIC, not a DEMOCRACY.

“A democracy is nothing more than mob rule, where fifty-one percent of the people may take away the rights of the other forty-nine.” – Thomas Jefferson

“Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote!” – Benjamin Franklin

As you educate yourself on what a Republic is, you begin to see how the purpose of the US government has been butchered by those wishing “to ensure that the ‘great beast.’ as Alexander Hamilton called the people, does not stray from its proper confines” (excerpted from Hegemony or Survival, by Noam Chomsky, p. 5).

We recommend you very well do educate yourself on this idea of “Republic”. Try starting with Conceptualizing Federal Democracy Reveals Treason, What is a Republic, or What is a Republic, Anyway, which we now quote from:

“But what has become of this concept (that all persons have certain natural, essential and inalienable rights) in actual practice?

“Peaceful drug users who have never harmed a soul and who are simply seeking their own happiness are imprisoned for ‘the good of society.’ Honest merchants who have never cheated a single customer are hunted down and driven out of business for failing to comply with any one of a host of bothersome regulations, or for lack of a license.

Yes, the purpose of the US government has changed dramatically since its founding.

PURPOSE OF THE US GOVERNMENT: SERVING THE POLICE STATE

If the purpose of the US government is to no longer serve your rights, then who or what does it serve its allegiance to now?

Today, the efforts of those leading the Council on Foreign Relations conspiracy (CFR) have led to the realization of a United States police state. For the goal of this police state, let’s turn once again to Chomsky’s Hegemony or Survival:

“In September 2002, the Bush administration announced its National Security Strategy, which declared the right to resort to force to eliminate any perceived challenge to US global hegemony, which is to be permanent.

The purpose of the US government in the twenty-first century is to serve its true master: the elite.

It’s time for Americans to turn away from their non-stop sitcoms, Tivo, and sporting events and recognize what those in lands already conquered or being threatened have come to realize: the world’s elite believe that the “masses” are nothing more than a “beast” that must be tamed and controlled.

Our goal is to expose as many parts of the elite plan for domination as possible. For decades now, the American public has allowed the CFR and other elite organizations to infiltrate our government, banking, school system, and media. This has slowly transformed the purpose of the US government into one of tyranny.
